Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of paslunapets.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

The site and the store are operated by DAPHN'S LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (Charter No. 4731476), trading as PASLUNA™. Our address is 25000 Euclid Ave Ste 305-511, Euclid, OH 44117, United States and you can reach us at hello@paslunapets.com. The PASLUNA name and logo are trademarks; registration is pending.

What we sell

We sell pet grooming tools and accessories. Product descriptions and images on the site describe what a product is designed to do. They are a description of design intent, not a promise about the results you will get with a particular animal — see our Disclaimer.

We also sell through Amazon. An order placed on Amazon is governed by Amazon’s terms and policies, not by these terms. These terms apply only to orders placed directly on this site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

How an order is formed

Adding something to your cart or reaching the checkout page does not create a contract. A contract forms when we take payment. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

Our right to refuse or cancel

We may refuse or cancel an order — including one we have already accepted — for reasons including a product being out of stock, a pricing or description error, a shipping address we cannot ship to, or a suspected fraudulent or fraudulently-paid order.

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. That is the extent of our obligation in that situation.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the price shown at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, so the price shown is the total you pay.

We do not currently collect sales tax. If that changes, any tax will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. We may correct an obvious pricing error at any time before dispatch; if the corrected price is higher, we will cancel and refund the order rather than charge you more.

Shipping

We ship to United States addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Full detail is on our Shipping page.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched — email us and we will refund it in full.

After delivery, our returns policy applies: 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping paid by you. The full terms, including the categories we cannot accept back, are on our Returns page.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material. Content on the site — text, images, logos — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Not veterinary advice

Grooming and pet-care content on the site is general educational information, not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your animal’s health. See our Disclaimer.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAPHN'S LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any product bought through it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites, including our Amazon storefront. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it.
